Income Escalator FAQ
What types of customers are there in the Income Escalator program?
The Income Escalator is designed as a recruiting system primarily targeted at non-networkers, consumers, and those who want to join but on a smaller scale than normal.
- ARC – Auto-Referring Customer. ARCs earn commissions when they refer others to the Income Escalator system, and they receive the best possible price on NatureBorn™ products.
- APC – Auto-Purchasing Customer. APCs receive the best possible price on NatureBorn™ products because they are signed up for the monthly Autoship program. APCs do not earn commissions from the Income Escalator system.
- PC– Preferred Customer. PCs order NatureBorn™ at the retail price, one order at a time. PCs do not participate in Autoship and do not earn commissions from the Income Escalator system.
IPCs do not need to sign up for the Income Escalator system, they just need to activate their NatureBorn Autoship. This can be done online at www.Income-Escsalator.com or by calling TNI customer service.
I pre-registered in August—what do I do now?Now you must confirm your signup and complete your enrollment in NatureBorn AutoShip. Click here to confirm your enrollment now! You’ll just need your ID number you were given at the time you signed up, or the email address you used to enroll.
How do I enroll a new ARC?Click here or visit www.Income-Escalator.com, click the “SIGN UP” link at the top of the page, and then click the button that says “Sign Me Up to Be an ARC”.
Where should I send my retail customers?When a customer is only interested in the product, you should send them to www.NatureBorn.com. This site has been designed specifically for your retail customers.
How do retail customers place orders for NatureBorn?Simply refer them to www.NatureBorn.com and they’ll see a big button that says “Buy NatureBorn”. Make sure they have your ID number or email address so that you get credit for their purchase.
How do ARCs order NatureBorn?ARCs can log in to the “My Account” section of www.Income-Escalator.com and click on the “Order” link on the right side of the page, or they can visit www.NatureBorn.com and log in using their ARC number.
How can an IPC order NatureBorn?IPCs can log in to the “My Account” section of www.Income-Escalator.com and click on the “Order” link on the right side of the page, or they can visit www.NatureBorn.com and log in using their IPC number and Noni Office password.
Can ARCs place orders for their retail customers?Yes! Just log in to the My Account section of www.Income-Escalator.com and click on “Order” on the left side of the page. Then select the “Order for a Retail Customer” option and enter your customer’s information.
How does a retail customer enroll in NatureBorn Autoship?When placing their first order, your retail customers are asked if they would like to enroll in NatureBorn Autoship. If they decline, they will be asked again each time they return to place an order—it simply happens as part of the checkout process on the website.
How do I track my activity points?Log in to the “My Account” section of www.Income-Escalator.com for a complete report of your activity point totals.
